REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Accounting Firm
The Crescent City Harbor District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified accounting firms to provide comprehensive accounting services related to MARAD PIDP grant funding and other funds associated with the construction of the seawall and Citizens Dock.
The selected firm will assist the District in performing all necessary accounting functions, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
All proposals must be received by the Crescent City Harbor District no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11.
Late submissions will not be considered.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process.
